We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Warranty and repair
Handbags & Small Leather Goods
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags and small leather goods are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag or small leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags or small leather goods will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or small leather item.
Footwear
Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase. An original receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required. If you feel the shoes or apparel purchased have a manufacturer's defect, please return the item.
Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to: broken hardware/heels and malfunctioning zippers. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than Olja Wear.
Jewelry
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase is required). If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.
Olja Wear jewelry is made of precious metals. Apply perfume and cosmetics prior to putting on your jewelry. To clean your jewelry, wipe with the soft buffing cloth. Keep your jewelry away from moisture as it promotes tarnish. We recommend storing your jewelry in a clean, dry place.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

You agree to indemnify and hold Olja Wear harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Olja Wear, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olja Wear assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Preference of law and dispute resolution

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ljubljana. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
